This online course allows flexibility in training schedules as it can be accessed at any time and is designed to be completed in the participant’s own time.

Individual Bookings

On receipt of booking, a unique enrolment key together with full access instructions are issued to delegates. The online course may then be accessed and completed. Once successfully completed, delegates will automatically receive their Concrete Ticket Certificate.

Group Bookings

On receipt of booking, a group of unique enrolment keys are issued to the organisation. The booking organisation is responsible for assigning enrolment keys to each delegate.

Delegates may then access and complete the course. Once successfully completed, delegates will automatically receive their Concrete Ticket Certificate. A copy of each delegate’s certificate is provided to the booking organisation.

Verifying Certificates

Each Concrete Ticket Certificate contains a unique identifier code which can be checked here

Cancellation Policy

As issued enrolment keys are unique, we cannot refund unused places.
